This Privacy Policy explains how the BioFloc mobile application ("the App") handles your information. The App is provided by an individual developer ("we", "us"). If you have any questions, contact us at brazass1986@gmail.com.

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data the App handles

The App is a tool for managing aquaculture (fish farming) systems. Most data stays on your device. Depending on the features you use, the following data is involved:

• Farm data you enter — aquaculture systems, tanks, water-quality readings, feeding logs, weighings, stock movements and supplies. This is stored locally on your device. For Pro users who enable cloud sync, a copy is stored in our cloud database (Google Firebase Firestore) so it can be backed up and accessed.
• Anonymous account identifier — when cloud sync is used, the App signs in to Firebase using anonymous authentication. This creates a random identifier tied to your app installation. It does not include your name, e-mail, or any personal contact details, and is used only to keep your synced data separate from other users.
• Crash and diagnostic data — the App uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to record crashes and technical diagnostics (e.g. device model, operating-system version, app version, and the technical state at the time of a crash). This is used only to detect and fix problems.
• Purchases — Pro subscriptions and the one-time Pro purchase are processed by Google Play Billing. Payment is handled entirely by Google; we do not receive or store your card or payment details. The App only stores locally whether you currently have Pro access.

The App does not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or advertising identifiers, and contains no third-party advertising.

3. How we use the data

• To provide the App's core features (records, calculations, inventory, alerts).
• To back up and synchronise your data across your devices (Pro cloud sync).
• To diagnose crashes and improve the App's stability.
• To manage Pro access through Google Play.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. Data is processed by the following service providers acting on our behalf:

• Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Crashlytics) — cloud storage, anonymous sign-in and crash reporting.
• Google Play Billing — purchase processing.

These providers process data under Google's own privacy and security terms.

5. Data transfer and security

Data sent to the cloud is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We rely on Google's infrastructure security for stored data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Data retention and deletion

• Local data is removed when you uninstall the App or use the in-app "clear all" option.
• Cloud-synced data is associated with your anonymous identifier. To request deletion of your cloud data, e-mail us at brazass1986@gmail.com and we will delete the data associated with your account.
• Note: because cloud sync uses anonymous authentication, uninstalling the App or switching devices may generate a new identifier; previously synced data may no longer be accessible from the new installation.

7. Children

The App is intended for use by fish-farm operators and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

2. Kokius duomenis tvarko Programėlė

Programėlė skirta akvakultūros (žuvininkystės) sistemų valdymui. Didžioji dalis duomenų lieka jūsų įrenginyje. Priklausomai nuo naudojamų funkcijų, tvarkomi šie duomenys:

• Jūsų suvedami fermos duomenys — sistemos, baseinai, vandens kokybės matavimai, šėrimo įrašai, svėrimai, žuvų judėjimas ir atsargos. Saugoma vietoje jūsų įrenginyje. Pro vartotojams, įjungusiems debesų sinchronizaciją, kopija saugoma mūsų debesų duomenų bazėje (Google Firebase Firestore).
• Anoniminis paskyros identifikatorius — naudojant sinchronizaciją, Programėlė prisijungia prie Firebase per anoniminį autentifikavimą. Sukuriamas atsitiktinis identifikatorius, susietas su įdiegimu. Jis neapima jūsų vardo, el. pašto ar kontaktinių duomenų ir naudojamas tik tam, kad jūsų duomenys būtų atskirti nuo kitų vartotojų.
• Strigčių ir diagnostiniai duomenys — Programėlė naudoja Google Firebase Crashlytics strigtims ir techninei diagnostikai fiksuoti (įrenginio modelis, OS versija, programėlės versija, techninė būsena strigties metu). Naudojama tik problemoms aptikti ir taisyti.
• Pirkimai — Pro prenumeratas ir vienkartinį Pro pirkimą tvarko Google Play Billing. Mokėjimą visiškai tvarko Google; mes negauname ir nesaugome jūsų kortelės duomenų. Programėlė vietoje saugo tik tai, ar šiuo metu turite Pro prieigą.

Programėlė nerenka tikslios buvimo vietos, kontaktų, nuotraukų, mikrofono ar reklamos identifikatorių ir neturi jokios trečiųjų šalių reklamos.

3. Kaip naudojame duomenis

• Pagrindinėms funkcijoms teikti (įrašai, skaičiavimai, atsargos, įspėjimai).
• Duomenims atsarginei kopijai ir sinchronizacijai (Pro debesų sinchronizacija).
• Strigtims diagnozuoti ir stabilumui gerinti.
• Pro prieigai valdyti per Google Play.

4. Su kuo dalijamės duomenimis

Mes neparduodame jūsų duomenų. Duomenis mūsų vardu tvarko šie paslaugų teikėjai:

• Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Crashlytics).
• Google Play Billing — pirkimų tvarkymas.

5. Duomenų perdavimas ir sauga

Į debesį siunčiami duomenys perduodami šifruotu (HTTPS) ryšiu. Saugomų duomenų saugai remiamės Google infrastruktūra. Joks perdavimo ar saugojimo būdas nėra 100% saugus, tačiau imamės pagrįstų priemonių jūsų informacijai apsaugoti.

6. Duomenų saugojimas ir ištrynimas

• Vietiniai duomenys pašalinami pašalinus Programėlę arba pasinaudojus „išvalyti viską".
• Debesyje sinchronizuoti duomenys susieti su anoniminiu identifikatoriumi. Norėdami ištrinti debesų duomenis, rašykite brazass1986@gmail.com.
• Kadangi sinchronizacija naudoja anoniminį autentifikavimą, pašalinus Programėlę ar pakeitus įrenginį gali būti sugeneruotas naujas identifikatorius; anksčiau sinchronizuoti duomenys gali būti nebepasiekiami iš naujo įdiegimo.

7. Vaikai

Programėlė skirta žuvų augintojams ir nėra skirta jaunesniems nei 13 metų vaikams.

8. Politikos pakeitimai

Šią politiką galime kartkartėmis atnaujinti. Naujausią versiją rodo data viršuje.
